LEPL Compulsory Insurance Center (hereinafter – the “Center”/“we”) is a voluntary association established by insurers participating in the co‑insurance system for administering compulsory insurance.
The activities of the Center include compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of motor vehicles registered in a foreign state and moving within the territory of Georgia, in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Owners of Motor Vehicles Registered in a Foreign State Moving in the Territory of Georgia.”
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you, as a user of the website (www.tpl.ge), about the processing of your personal data through the website and about your rights under the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.
Our website is an essential platform through which we communicate with you and provide insurance services remotely, including policy sales, compensation payments, and insurance agent services. The website also provides additional information, including branch locations and news.
Purposes of Data Processing
Some information and services offered on our website require processing of your personal data. The Center processes user data for:

- providing insurance services remotely.

(f) Cookies data — consent status and timestamp.
We take all security measures to ensure safe processing of your data.
Data Retention
Website data — 24 months.
Security logs — 90 days.
Analytics:
- activity logs — 2 months;
- user identifiers — up to 14 months.
Insurance data — up to 25 years.
Live Chat — 3 years.
Cookie storage periods are defined in the Cookie Policy.
International Transfers
No data processed through the website is transferred internationally.
Data Sharing
Data may be shared only with public authorities based on law or court order.
Data is shared only to the extent necessary.
